Die Strukturen dieses nur über etwas mehr als Tausend Mitarbeiter verfügenden Unternehmens von globaler Bedeutung, durch das Hunderte von Milliarden bewegt bzw. versichert wurden, sind höchst undurchsichtig. Trotz aller Bemühungen ist es mir bislang nicht gelungen, die "subsiduaries", die nach obiger Aussage eigentlich für die Geschäfte zuständig sind, in befriedigendem Maße in Erfahrung zu bringen. Das sind ja fast mafiose Zustände! Nun ja, für ganz ausgeschlossen halte ich hier nicht, dass ...
Wer wird wohl im Falle eines Falles (Insolvenz) zur Kasse gebeten? Münchner Rück oder Swiss Re?
