Hi Lars,
We have issued shares for some acquisitions in the past, to pay consultants and for some employee options. However, these shares for the majority of the cases are restricted, and have not been sold. In fact, most of the consultants are long-term holders and are not even in the market to sell. I am working with very little resources here unfortuantely. I have not been paid a salary in almost a year. I have continued to finance most operations from my pocket.
The simple short answer is this. We invest small amounts into projects that have big potential and move quick with our developments. We prioritize where we feel brings most value to shareholders. If I had bigger budgets, I would do bigger things, I would put more press out for my shareholders and invest the money appropriately. Myriad and its former companies have been around since 1998, and therefore there is a long history with the company, and an accumulated deficit over 16 years! In fact I was 15 years old when the company was formed.
Today, I do my best to build value, and I think the share price where it is now has demonstrated that, but as we move forward I try to do bigger and better each step of the way, for a more cost effective approach. It only takes 1 idea to become big, and that is what we are looking for. We are looking to build just 1 successful idea like many that people have seen before, look at WhatsApp the other day, 19 billion dollars! If Myriad could sell one of our projects for 200 million I would be ecstatic. We will continue to build more projects and dedicate our efforts to our shareholders and not give up, until the point we are not supported anymore.
If I was able to complete the current private placement I am working on, it would put us in a better situation. I am trying to eliminate the remaining debt in the company, and tentatively removed another 140k by next quarter. I am really doing my best here, with what I am working with.

Thank-you Lars. Just fyi, the biggest dillution that came to Myriad was 30Million shares in the past because of Asher Enterprises. This really hurt the company, and was one of the biggest hurdles for us to get them out of the picture. I need to get some sleep now, 3.41am here.
