A great opportunity has arisen for a talented Marketing professional to join our Product Support & Marketing team.
Reporting to the Group General Manager - Product & Marketing, your role will primarily be to provide dedicated marketing, sales, and product management support to sustain Company commercial and promotional activities and ensure high customer & stakeholder satisfaction.
In this role your key responsibilities will include:
1. Preparation and coordination of CFCL marketing and communication materials
- Prepare external communication materials & documents
- Product brochures, information sheets, presentations
- Coordinate and manage foreign language versions
- Prepare and manage associated images & graphics
- Installation photographs
- Provide input and preparation for tradeshows, exhibitions and conferences
- Local and overseas events
- Product launches, demonstrations and customer visits
- Ensure appropriate & consistent corporate, brand and product communications
2. Management of CFCL website(s)
- Maintain and regularly update external Company website(s)
- Content of website
- Supervise the dissemination of Company announcements
- Supervise and coordinate resources to maintain end-user subscription lists
- Develop and oversee the Product Support & Marketing internal Company intranet
- Supervise and coordinate resources to maintain marketing and product information
3. Monitor, represent and coordinate Company communications for ‘new media’
- Identify appropriate new media channels (e.g. blogs, forums, social networks)
- Monitor information, content and discussions concerning the Company within ‘new media’
- Represent Company interests as appropriate and where directed
- prepare articles, papers & submissions, moderate forum discussions
- Coordinate and report on ‘new media’ activity
4. Stakeholder and customer support
- Involvement in Public Relations (PR) and Investor Relations (IR)
- Support PR and IR efforts for the Company
- Act as an interface between marketing, sales and account management
5. Market Research and Industry Development
- Undertake research for strategy development and marketing plan
- Market assessments for selected global markets
- Opportunity/risk identification for new segments (for example Smart Grid)
- Assist to raise CFCL's profile in target industry groups
- Energy & energy infrastructure, green buildings
- Attend relevant conferences, industry events
Ideally the successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Qualifications in business, marketing or communications
- Advanced competency in MS office applications
- Previous administrative experience within a sales, marketing, or retail environment will be highly regarded
- A formal qualification in a technical discipline such as science or engineering will be highly regarded
The candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:

- Excellent, or highly developed, written communication skills with a high attention to detail and very good verbal communication skills
- Personal integrity and high ethical standards especially in relation to confidential material

- Flexible in availability to contact CFCL staff in different time zones, for example between Europe, the UK and Australia
- Has current driver’s licence
