Mein Guter ich lebe noch, war paar Tage im Weltmeisterland entspannen. Bin seit gestern wieder hier. Es tut echt gut, so 5 Tage sich nicht mit dem Internet, Aktien und sonstigem zu beschäftigen. Ich war aber überrascht, als ich gesehen habe wie sich der Kurs in den letzten 5 Tagen entwickelt hat. Nicht wie früher so +-25% Schwankungen, sondern es sieht nach nem konstanten Kurswachstum aus. Des wärs ja, wenn es so weiter gehen würde. Die Umsätze stimmen bis jetzt, naja vielleicht bereitet sich da jemand  für eine mögliche Rally vor ??? Gruß @ All  

 

....geht scheinbar auf. Wir haben doch tatsächlich eine bullishe Candle in der letzten Woche herausgebildet. Für alle die investiert sind sollte es nun nicht mehr nach unten gehen. Bei so einem geringen Wert sind aber volatile Handelstage üblich und man muss keine kalten Füsse kriegen.

SEATTLE, July 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Infinium Labs (OTC Bulletin Board: IFLB) announced today that its shareholders voted overwhelmingly to change the Company's name to Phantom(R) Entertainment, Inc. Shareholders also approved an increase in the company's authorized shares of common stock from 600,000,000 to 1,200,000,000 and appointment of Webb & Company, P.A. as independent auditors.

Ratification of the proposals took place at a Special Shareholders Meeting on Thursday, July 13, 2006, at the Tampa Airport Marriott in Tampa, Florida. The record date established by the directors for shareholders eligible to vote was May 25, 2006.

As of the record date, 546,981,173 shares of common stock were outstanding, each share being entitled to vote on each proposal. The results reported a total of 438,259,460 shares voted with 431,970,439 shares in favor of the name change, 388,073,883 shares in favor of the common shares increase, and 427,761,764 shares in favor of the auditors' appointment.
