Nasdaq-Schnäppchen Datatec Systems!

Der US-Software Hersteller Datatec Systems (Nasdaq:Datc WKN:899234)
steht unmittelbar vor einem deutlichen Kursanstieg.
Die Aktie konnte in den letzten Wochen bereits von 0,90$ auf 1,43$ zulegen.
Gestern gab es alleine ein Plus von 12%.
Zu den größten Kunden von Datatec gehören unter anderem Hewlett-Packard,
Cisco Sytems, Intel und AT&T.
Datatec hat bereits im letzten Geschäftsjahr 2003, dass diesen Sommer endete
den BreakEven geschafft.
Am Monatg werden nachbörslich die Zahlen fürs 1.Quartal Geschäftsjahr 2004
vorgelegt.
Es wird mit einem deutlichen Gewinn-sowie Umsatzwachstum gerechnet.
Datatec hat in den letzten Wochen und Monaten zahlreiche Mio. Aufträge
erhalten, die den kleinen Softwarekonzern ein enormes Kurspotenzial
verschaffen.
Sogar die US-Regierung zeigt Interesse an Datatecs Hauptprodukten
eDeploy und MilleniumCare.
Vor kurzem konnte Datatec eine Klage vom US-Konzern PetSmart erfolgreich
abweisen, was dem Kurs ebenfalls Auftrieb verschaffte.
Datatec wird zwar auch in Frankfurt, sowie Berlin gehandelt, jedoch
gibt es dort derzeit kein Volumen, da der Wert hierzulande noch
sehr unbekannt ist. In den USA ist das Volumen in den letzten Tagen
aber deutlich über einer Million Aktien und dürfte nächste Woche extrem
ansteigen.
Der Wert notiert derzeit umgerechnet knapp über 1,20 Euro, eine Order
sollte aber direkt an der Nasdaq getätigt werden.

DATC ....A MAJOR Steal at $1.38. Here is why................


Datatec Systems, (Nasdaq DATC $1.3, has recently been awarded two major contracts amounting to over $18 million. With these new contracts, the company revenue guidance for 2004 essentially increases to about $140 million. These contracts will surely add to the $7 million net income the company expects to accomplish for FY2004 per its latest guidance. That’s is a major improvement when compared to the $125 million revenue and $1.4 net income the company posted for FY2003 ended in April 30, 2003. 1st Q 2004 ended June 30, 2003 will be a nice surprise when reported late this month. The company projects 4 consecutive profitable quarters in fiscal 2004.

The $11.6 million contract announced today will be implemented immediately and will conclude at the end of January 2004 to coincide with fiscal 3Q 2004. The $5.8 million contract announced on August 13, 2003 will be completed on October 31, 2003 coinciding with the end of fiscal 2Q 2004 according to the company.

So what does all this mean?? Simply, that DATC is currently grossly undervalued with a market cap of only $60 million and a pps of $1.38! I am sure that will change soon after the company gains even more visibility with new contracts and a great fiscal 1Q 2004 to be reported within a month. Don’t be surprised if DATC trades between $5 and $8 by year end.

DATC at the current price of $1.38 is a major steal and a huge opportunity for those who buy at these prices and hold those shares for just a few months.

DATC has had a bit of recognition recently when it was featured, along with PUMA, CSTL, CKLS and others, in the June 30, 2003 issue of Business Week in its prestigious section "The Equity Investors 26-week Micro-cap Review." This review selects a few of the best companies from about 3700 with a market cap of less than $200 million.

Datatec Systems focuses on large-scale, complex IT deployment, and post-implementation customer-care solutions. The company markets its software and services to OEM's, large-scale system integrators, telecommunications service providers, and to several Fortune 1000 enterprise customers.

wird mit großer Sicherheit von den Quartalszahlen abhängen und nicht von
den Insiderverkäufen.
Ich habe dieselbe Situation dieses Jahr schon einmal erlebt mit LEXAR MEDIA (LEXR).
Die wurden auch durch Insiderverkäufe bis auf 3,50Euro geprügelt und
stehen jetz bei ca.16 Euro.
Schade nur dass ich bei 8 verkauft hab, naja 120% sind ja auch was.

Das Rating wurde von "Strong Buy" auf "Buy" herabgestuft.

Kursziel-Senkung:
Das Kursziel wurde von 2,50 $ auf 1,80 $ gesenkt.
