bis vor wenigen Tagen konnte man den Real-Time-Kurs bei
Yahoo abfragen (Lang&Schwarz Kurse, außerbörslich)

Das geht zur Zeit nimmer, oder bis auf weiters - weiss ich nicht.

der Kurs wird dort nach dem Kurs in Paris gestellt.

Mein lieber Mann bin ich froh, dass ich wieder voll drin bin!

Bereue es keine Minute mehr, dass ich nun einen Durchschnitt von 0,61 habe!

Ich habe es einmal bereut, wo ich nicht drin war und das mächte ich nicht mehr erleben, weil mein Gefühl für unsere Alstom mehr als supper ist!

Werde auch nicht mehr raus gehen und werde in einem halben Jahr nochmals das doppelte reinhauen!

wegen Realtime-Kursen: ich habe bei http://quotes.ubs.com ein Portfolio angelegt. Die Kurse werden dann Realtime angezeigt. Leider sind die Chart sehr eingeschränkt, was Anzeigemöglichkeiten betrifft (Keine Volumen, Highs/Lows etc.).


 

Mal schaun ob sie morgen weiter läuft.

China may soon build 300 gigawatts of n-plant capacity

...[C]onsider the enormous energy needs of China's helter-skelter industrialisation. The rate at which the world's most populous country is burning through oil and gas is staggering. China's oil consumption doubled in the past 10 years, making it the second-largest oil consumer behind the US. It is not surprising, then, that it is at the forefront of developing new nuclear technology, environmental concerns or not. Scientific advisers to China's government reckon the country will soon need a nuclear output of 300 gigawatts, Wired magazine reported in September - not far short of the 350 gigawatts produced around the globe today.

Verhandlungen werden zwischen dem 08-15 und 17-24 Februar geführt, das wär ein wichtiger Schritt und die bedenken der vielen Analysten wären damit wohl auch aus dem Weg geräumt.

Alstom annonce son intention de lancer une offre d'échange sur deux de ses lignes d'obligations. Cela concerne les 650 Millions d'Euros d'obligations à échéance juillet 2006 et les 250 ME de titres subordonnés d'échéance 29 septembre 2006. Le groupe proposera de nouvelles obligations non subordonnées à taux fixes d'échéance 2010.

L'offre sera ouverte aux personnes morales dans certains pays du 8 au 15 février prochain, et aux personnes physiques en France, Luxembourg et Suisse du 17 au 24 février. Selon les conditions de marché, Alstom se réserve la possibilité d'émettre des obligations additionnelles qui auraient les mêmes caractéristiques et feraient partie de la même émission que les obligations créées à l'occasion de l'échange.

Patrick Kron, le président de la société, a déclaré “Cette offre d'échange qui s'adresse aux porteurs d'obligations fait partie de la stratégie d'Alstom d'optimisation du profil de maturité de sa dette, tout en lui permettant de bénéficier des conditions de marché actuelles favorables.”

Une bonne nouvelle, qui devrait accroître la visibilité de la société et reculer les échéances de la période "critique" de 2006... Reste aux obligataires à adhérer au projet.

nachdem der Chinesische Milliardär Li Ka-shing, der schon die franz. Marionnaud übernommen hat, jetzt auch an Alstom interessiert ist...!


En bourse, la rumeur d'un ramassage 'chinois' continue par ailleurs de circuler sur le marché, en particulier à l'initiative du repreneur de Marionnaud, Li Ka-shing, qui est aussi très présent dans le transport maritime...

Ich glaube, das würde der französische Staat niemals zulassen. Aber vielleicht könnte man Ihm ja die Werften verkaufen.

Dem Kurs tut es auf jeden Fall gut!  

aber soviel ich weiss hatte die Eu dem französichen Statt es verboten sich bei einer möglichen Übernahme oder Fusion einzumischen!
Aber das läge wohl auch nicht im Interesse der EU, dass die Chinesen sich die Technologie kaufen und sie dann wahrscheinlich am Markt übertrumpfen!  

Alstom Hires BNPP, Merrill For Bond Exchange Offer

LONDON -(Dow Jones)- French ship, train and power plant maker Alstom S.A. ( 12019.FR) has appointed BNP Paribas (13110.FR) and Merrill Lynch (MER) as joint lead managers for its bond exchange offer, the banks said Thursday.

The group intends to exchange its outstanding EUR650 million, 5% July 2006 bonds and its EUR250 million auction rate coupon subordinated notes due Sept. 2006 for a new euro-denominated bond due 2010.

The 5% bonds will be bought back at a spread of 70-90 basis points over the BTAN due July 2006, or French government bonds. This is equivalent to 55-75 basis points over mid-swaps.

The outstanding auction rate notes will be bought back at 100-130 basis points over the three-month Euribor.

Price talk on the new bond is at 290-370 basis points over mid-swaps.

The final spreads will be set Feb. 7 and the exchange will price Feb. 16.

The exchange offer period will start Feb. 8-Feb. 15 for institutional investors and Feb. 17-Feb. 24 for individual investors.

Sofia Gives Thumbs up to AES Power Utility Project

The government has given the long-awaited political approval to the Maritsa Iztok-1 project of AES Corporation.

Last week the US-based utility AES announced plans to launch the construction of a coal-fired power plant in Bulgaria by the end of the year and start producing electricity in 2008.

In a letter of government support sent to AES the Cabinet pledged to secure the conditions and measures necessary for the execution and commissioning of the project. However, the state has undertaken no commitments representing state guarantees for the US investors, the government press office pointed out.

The first unit of the plant is expected to come on line and begin producing power in 2008. The second unit should be commissioned and begin producing power in 2009.

AES agreed to build the new 670 MW plant, which is one of its biggest ever projects and Bulgaria's largest foreign investment deal to date, at the Maritsa East power complex in 2001, but the plan stalled when AES was unable to secure funding.

The company's management called on to Sofia to speed up its political approval for the project, otherwise they would be unable to complete its financial structuring and meet the requirements of credit guarantors.

AES projects own funding of 30% of the project and the rest of 70% in debt financing from a group of banks led by ING, Calyon and BNP Paribas. The EBRD is also expected to finance the project with another EUR 150 M.

Bulgaria's current installed generation capacity is assessed at around 10,000 MW, but that will temporarily drop down to about 9% when it shuts down two ageing 440 MW Soviet-era reactors at Kozloduy in 2006.
