Soweit ich aus der Newsletter4 der SDK herauslesen kann, gibt es Möglichkeiten für die Depotbanken bezüglich eines Umtausches.
Flatex und andere scheinen dies nicht zu wollen. Bei Onvista gab es zumindestens eine Angebot bezüglich Sberbank-Aktien.
Hier trennt sich jetzt scheinbar die Spreu vom Weizen.
Manche deutschen Broker scheinen in ihrer Leistungsfähigkeit und Leistungswillen stark eingeschränkt.
Ist wohl zuviel Arbeit.  

Depotbank in Russland ein Konto eröffnet. Der einfachste Weg wäre IB gewesen als direkter Marktteilnehmer, jedoch hat IB derzeit kein Interesse daran. Das wird auch die nächste Zeit so bleiben.
Von den restlichen Online Brokern wird abgewartet. Sberbank wird eingefroren, GAZ  hat Zeit bis 03.08.2023. Also ein Jahr länger. Lukoil läuft bis Ende dieses Jahres, Nor Nickel hat eine Verlängerung für die ADR`S bekommen.

As owners and beneficial owners of the above ADRs, you are hereby notified that The Bank of New York Mellon, as depositary (the “Depositary”), has received notice from PJSC Gazprom (the “Company”) of termination of the Deposit Agreement, dated October 25, 1996, and amended and restated on April 17, 2006 among the Company, the Depositary, and Owners and Holders of ADRs (as defined therein), the (“Deposit Agreement”).
As a result, the existing ADR facility will be terminated effective at 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) on August 3, 2022.
Under the terms of the Deposit Agreement, you have until at least August 3, 2023, to surrender your ADRs for delivery of the underlying shares. If you surrender ADRs for delivery of the underlying shares, you must pay a cable fee of $17.50, a cancellation fee of up to $0.05 per ADR surrendered and any applicable U.S. or local taxes or governmental charges. Payment should be made payable to The Bank of New York Mellon.
Please be advised that, due to requirements in Russia, investors surrendering ADRs for delivery of underlying shares, an attestation confirming there is no change in beneficial ownership resulting from the surrender of ADRs and receipt of underlying shares and that the beneficial owner of the ADRs was the beneficial owner as of April 27, 2022 must accompany the request. Investors must have an account in Russia to take delivery of the underlying ordinary shares. The Depositary is unable to open accounts to hold Russian ordinary shares on behalf of owners and beneficial owners of ADRs.
Subsequent to August 3, 2023 under the terms of the Deposit Agreement, the Depositary may attempt to sell the underlying shares. If the Depositary has sold such shares, you must surrender your ADRs to obtain payment of the sale proceeds, net of the expenses of sale, any applicable U.S. or local taxes or government charges and a cancellation fee of up to $0.05 per ADR.  

Problem wird aber die Dividende sein die bald gezahlt wird

Das sagt die Targobank, nach dem ich dort hin geschrieben habe,
das ich ein Depot bei Gazprom Bank beantragt habe.

Und wenn einige nichtinvestierte mal alles gelesen hätten,
wer seine ADR nicht rechtzeitig umtauscht, kann die Auszahlung der Dividende
nachträglich beantragen.
Und ich würde auch Goldmünzen dafür nehmen.
Jetzt warte ich noch auf das Depot in Russland,
dann geht es weiter.

Sofern Sie selbst ein Konto bei einer russischen Depotbank eröffnet haben, welche die russische Originalaktie RU0007661625 (SHS PJSC GAZPROM ORD REG) in Verwahrung nehmen kann, so können Sie den Umtausch gerne bei der TARGOBANK AG beauftragen. Die Umtauschfrist bei unserer deutschen Lagerstelle Clearstream Banking S.A. ist aktuell auf den 27.03.2023 datiert.

In dem Fall benötigen wir von Ihnen alle Details zum Settlement auf dem russischen Lagerstellenkonto, die sogenannten SSI’s (Standard Settlement Instruction Information):

-          Depository details (legal entity name, SWIFT BIC, account number)
-          Beneficiary bank details (legal entity name, SWIFT BIC, account number)
-          Beneficiary client details (final beneficiary name, final beneficiary account number)

Bitte berücksichtigen Sie, dass der Umtausch ausschließlich als Eigenübertrag ohne Gläubigerwechsel zulässig ist und wir Weisungen unserer Kunden vorbehaltlich einer Compliance Prüfung entgegennehmen.

Bezüglich der entstehenden Fremdgebühren teilen wir Ihnen nachfolgend den Originaltext aus der aktuellen Lagerstelleninformation mit:
