Consistently Outperforming Mutual Funds or ETFs

Hello,

I am now looking to diversify my investment portfolio and am interested in discovering mutual funds or ETFs that have consistently outperformed the market.

I would appreciate advice for funds or ETFs that have demonstrated strong performance over the past 5-10 years. I am also keen to understand more about the fund managers behind these investments and their strategies. I have checked Morningstar's-Guide-to-ETF-Investing-sfmc documentation guide but still need help . 

Insights into funds that focus on specific sectors / offer a diversified approach would be valuable. I am interested in learning about the associated risk levels; expected returns; and any management fees . If anyone has suggestions to share;  along with any tips on what criteria to prioritize when selecting these funds; it would be greatly appreciated.
