Dear Shareholders,
This time of year can be intense. There are expectations for family and friends coupled with closing out a business year and creating plans for the New Year ahead. It’s a time of reflection and setting new goals.
Reflection CEO Update
I think about what my parents and grandparents went through in the unforgiving Canadian climate. Their hard work and perseverance is why I continue to learn, experience, and drive forward.
No matter what was happening in the world or on the farm, my grandfather and my father always created Christmas cheer around the house this time of year. Even in the harshest conditions there was always optimism, and that has shaped my own approach in my personal life and in my business. I got to experience firsthand the power of sticking to something and going as hard as you can until you are successful.
As we approach the end of 2014, we are nearing the completion of our first full calendar year of running a publicly traded company. I look back over the year of hard work, and look forward with optimism.
New Goals
For 2015, the top priority has to be driving the products, people, and progress of the company and communicating more regularly with shareholders. The company vision needs to be aligned with the right investor communication strategy for a successful long-term stock price. CEO Update
We are on a junior market dominated by the resource sector. So, we are pushing fresh snow when it comes to Canada and technology. But this is the new world. and the growth will be in technology. This coming year, Gener8 will play an important part in that growth.
We have the right team and the right products, and we are generating significant revenue. This is the running start needed to make 2015 different than any other year for this company. Our goals for next year are as follows:
3D Studio
Leverage our reputation in Hollywood to monetize our 3D studio Enact an evergreen business model for our 3D technology inside and beyond the entertainment space Create the right partnership to enhance our ability to take on more volume and grow our market share

Acquire three new enterprise clients Gain a reputation as a viable data solution for the US manufacturing sector Launch the data visualization SaaS product
Reelhouse
Quadruple the number of monthly visitors Expand revenue streams Enhance the business model to generate more revenue in the first quarter of 2015
This is the first step in communicating our vision and goals to investors. Like my grandfather and father before me, I am sticking to these goals and going as hard as I can until we are successful.
