Forsys appoints Hall as chief communications officer

FORSYS APPOINTS CHIEF COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER
Forsys Metals Corp. has appointed Bruce M. Hall to the position of chief communications officer to lead the company's international investor communication program.
Mr. Hall brings to Forsys an extensive background in marketing and communications. For the last 14 years, Mr. Hall was a principal of the Mohan Group, a leading strategic marketing and advertising agency, managing a portfolio of Fortune 500 clients. Prior to that, Mr. Hall held a number of progressive positions in manufacturing, design and marketing within the automotive industry with both the Ford Motor Company and Chrysler.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Hall has also been instrumental in elevating the profile and sponsorship revenues of the Foundation for Fighting Blindness, working closely with the founding members.
Mr. Hall, a demonstrated leader in his field, is well positioned to take on his new role with the mandate of leading the development of a worldwide communications strategy.
In connection with his appointment, Mr. Hall will be granted 100,000 stock options at an exercise price of $3.80 expiring September, 2012. |
