Mining investor Metal Tiger said it had spent A$0.5m (£0.3m) acquiring a 0.6% stake in Sydney-listed Artemis Resources. The shares were acquired at A$0.07 each, with the investment forming part of a A$5.6m fundraising by Artemis.

Ich habe mir mehr erhofft. Nun gut, auch mit kleinen Schritten kommt man an sein Ziel. Die Artemis Projekte sind jetzt mit Cash bestückt und haben die nötige Aufmerksamkeit. Jetzt ist Winterzeit und es hat optimale Voraussetzungen. Das Mgmt. ist jetzt in der Pflicht. Also Anzüge wechseln und Büro im Container einrichten. Weitere News sollen in Kürze folgen. Bin gespannt wie sich der Kurs die nächsten Wochen entwickelt.
 

Nur Geduld......so ist das nun mal bei Exploreren passiert manchmal Wochen ja Monate lang nichts und plötzlich aus heiteren Himmel explodiert der kurs...:)) wenn man Pech hat meistens wen man entnervt verkauft hat... ;))  

Bin ja schon froh das der laaange Abwertend vorbei ist. Jetzt sieht's schon wieder besser aus und es passiert endlich was.

ARTEMIS RESOURCES LIMITED (ASX:ARV $0.08 (MC~$80m CASH~$12m cash and liquid investments)) – Strong institutional support for $5.6m placement ahead of July/August Paterson’s Central 6-8 hole drill program. The next big discovery??? Artemis Resources has been live on a capital raise this week which we suspect is due to the institutional interest in the upcoming drilling campaign in the Paterson’s range. The Company is raising A$4.2m at $0.07 per share and due to the strong demand we expect the company to accept overs of another $1.4m for a total A$5.6m raise, with GTT a co-lead Manager. Naturally as ARV’s market cap grows it should start to institutionalise the register and with the likes of Metal Tiger, Ruffer, Ausbil and Regal taking part in this placement, the drilling program is on the right radars. Paterson Central (ARV 100%) surrounds Greatland Golds Havieron discovery where Newcrest Mining are onto stage 3 of the $95M farm in agreement and continue to update the market on their drilling progress. Recent satellite images suggest Newcrest are drilling very close to the northern ARV border and assays are eagerly awaited. ASX MARKET IDEAS: Friday 17th July 4 Artemis shareholders should expect drilling results from their Munni Munni platinum, palladium resource and also results from the Greater Carlow Gold, copper resource with assays expected from both shortly. Additionally, ARV owns 1.64m Novo Resources shares which has a market value of close to A$7m, these shares become tradeable on the 24th of this month and will assist the company if obtaining fully funding status as they embark on a very busy period. We expect the institutions who took park in the raise to look to add to their positions on market and with drilling success, major farm in partners would not be too far away. We understand Artemis has appointed well recognised drilling partner DDH1 who has 9 rigs next door at Havieron and knows the ground well, saving on mobilisation costs. The Patterson’s central drilling program remains on track to start late July – Early August on what will be arguably the most exciting program on the ASX this year… Watch this space !!

Vielleicht haben aber auch einige noch nicht das Potential von Kupfer entdeckt. Stimmt mich wieder etwas optimistisch bei dem Preis.

Greater Carlow Drilling Completed, Munni Munni JV Update....

As an adjunct to the drilling at Carlow West, a new high-priority area recently identified by Artemis geologists named SingSix....
significant shearing and alteration zones were intersected in several holes.
The Company eagerly awaits the results from both the Carlow West and SingSix drill
programmes.....in circa 3 weeks.


At our non-core Munni Munni Project (unrelated to the Greater Carlow or Paterson Central projects) which is in the process of being divested,the Company advises that it was served a writ of summons issued by the Supreme Court of Western Australia as filed by Platina Resources Limited(Platina), its 30% joint venture partner to the Munni Munni Project.Artemis retains 70%in the project.Platina claims that the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Munni Munni Pty Ltd, have breached theheads of agreement with Platina relating to the Munni MunniJoint Venture as a result of the Company entering into anagreement with Empire Metals Limited as announced to ASX on 28 April 2020.The Company intends to vigorously defend its position and will explore all its options in view of Platina’s claims."

In 3 Wochen gibt's Gesteinsproben und irgendwann eine richterliche Entscheidung.  

Nach der Meldung steigt der Kurs von Artemis und der von Platina fällt. Bin gespannt wie  der von Empire in London reagiert. Gibt wohl Kampf um die schöne Tochter von Artemis :-))  

Artemis und Platina sollen das klären und gut ist.
Munni Munni hat jetzt keine Priorität und Rechtsstreitigkeiten  lenken von wichtigen ab.

Platina is Artemis’ joint venture partner at the Munni Munni Project in Western Australia and owns 30 per cent while Artemis holds the remaining 70 per cent.

Platina claims that Artemis and its subsidiary, Munni Munni, have breached a heads of agreement by entering an agreement with Empire Metals in April.

Artemis says it will defend its position and explore all options relating to this claim.

 

Mt Clement Project Sale Executed

Highlights
▪  Artemis executes a binding sale agreement for the Mt Clement Gold Project to Northern Star Resources Limited (ASX:NST).
▪  Terms include A$344,000 in cash and Artemis to retain a 1% NSR.
▪  Deal subject to standard Ministerial Consent.

divestment programme.

Warum ich das hier Reinstelle ? Artemis ist mit dem Paterson Projekt fast neben Newcrest und mit Norther Star hat man einen Deal bei Mt. Clement (#190)  

In USA ist gerade eine ungewöhnlich große Packung über den Tisch gegangen.  

Kapitalbeschaffung ($5.6M) für $0,07 je Aktie ist abgeschlossen. Wenn jetzt alle glücklich sind kann's ja mit Paterson los gehen und die Berater machen erstmal schönen Urlaub.  

Auf geht's über die 80Acent, dann noch positive News und schwuppsdiwupp haben wir das  laaaaaaaaaang-anhaltendeTief (seit Feb19) überwunden.  

Rio Tinto versteht langsam das Potential der Region und forciert sein Engagement. Denke, da bekommt so mancher Investor feuchte Augen und Artemis ist Vorort.

The resources giant said its tenements in WA’s Paterson province could support multiple gold and copper mines based on initial drilling results and the proximity of highly successful Newcrest Mining gold operations.

Rio said drilling results around Winu had raised the prospect of the "development of multiple ore bodies within one system".

Mr McIntosh, a 30-year Rio veteran who is due to retire in September, said the company was very excited about the future of Winu and the Paterson province.
