wie ich dass sehe beantragt verizon klagerücknahme für aufgelistete patente bei gleicher kostenverteilung.  

das Prinzip der Kursstellung bei SPEX richtig verstanden habe endet der Tag bei 0,570 Dollar an der NASDAQ.

"zwischen den parteien wurden keine kommerziellen vereinbarungen getroffen"???
hierzulande werden im einem vergleichsverfahren auch vorab die bedingungen ausgehandelt. wie soll das gehen? der beklagte hat keine klägerseitigen bedingungen zu erfüllen und trotzdem stimmt der kläger einem vergleich zu.  kann das jemand aufklären ?  

...."no commercial terms are disclosed"....heißt, dass keine finanziellen Vereinbarungen offen gelegt werden.

Natürlich wurden finanzielle Vereinbarungen getroffen. Darum ging ja das ganze Theater.  

Am 23. laufen die 30 Tage ab, da sollte dann mal ne Zahl kommen.
Mein Bauch sagt mir, dass das früher passieren wird...

So langsam kommt doch Bewegung rein. Noch ein Paar tage bis die Meldung über die Einigung mit Huawei kommen soll.  

Heute gibt es eine Anhörung, mal sehen was so passiert.
Jedenfalls meinte ein Optimist am Freitag noch nachbörslich gigantische 1000 Stück zu erwerben

aber die wissen es auch nicht so genau. Einhellige Meinung ist das es wohl eine außergerichtliche Einigung mit Huwaei gab oder gibt und heute die Bombe platzt.

Hier sind untere anderem alle laufenden Verfahren und Entscheidungen aufgeliset die bis ins Jahr 2018 reichen.
Nächste wäre jetzt am 16.10.15 gegen Huawei, letzte Chance für Huawei da der Anwalt bei der letzten Anhörung am 2.10. nicht erschienen ist.

BETHESDA, MD / ACCESSWIRE / October 19, 2015 / Spherix Incorporated (SPEX) an intellectual property development company committed to the fostering and monetization of intellectual property, today provided an update on the Company's case involving the company's wholly owned subsidiary, NNPT, LLC ("NNPT"), against Huawei.

Spherix announced that Huawei and the Company have settled the litigation, and Huawei has taken a license. As of October 13, 2015, all documents necessary to resolve this matter have been executed. As part of the settlement, at the joint request of the parties, the Patent Trial and Appeals Board ("PTAB") terminated Huawei's two Inter Partes Re-examination ("IPR") petitions in IPR case no. IPR2015-01382 involving U.S. Patent No. 6,578,086 and IPR2015-01390 involving U.S. Patent No. 7,664,123. Dismissal papers requesting dismissal of the litigation will be filed in Court in due course. On October 16, 2015, the Eastern District of Texas, which presides over the case, held a status hearing at which the parties reported the execution of the settlement.

We continue to seek long-term, mutually beneficial license agreements which represent a positive outcome for our shareholders.
