Readly welcomes Nicolas Adlercreutz to its Board of Directors Readly has appointed Nicolas Adlercreutz as a new board member, following its Annual General Meeting on 10 May. Nicolas has more than 10 years’ experience as Group CFO within public and private equity companies and will bring knowledge and insights to support Readly’s path toward profitability. Viktor Fritzén and Alexandra Whelan did not stand for re-election. Nicolas Adlercreutz, age 52, is currently Group CFO for N-O-D Network of Design AB. Nicolas has more than 10 years’ experience as Group CFO from companies such as Qliro Group and Bluestep Bank and as member of the board and chairman of the audit committee for Gaming Innovation Group. Before that, Nicolas worked for Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget SCA for more than 12 years in various positions within finance in several countries.
