Bis März fällt die Entscheidung, dann soll das Invicta Projekt ans Laufen kommen, zeichnet sich ab, dass der Termin gehalten werden kann wird der Kurs deutlich ansteigen, sollten sich probleme Ergeben oder das Projekt gar abgebrochen werden, fällt der Kurs (soweit das überhaupt noch möglich ist)

Entre las obras que se lanzarán este año está la de Tía María, un proyecto de Southern Copper que prevé 1.400 millones de dólares, seguida por otras menores, como Corani (574 millones), de Bear Creek; Cotabambas, de Panoro Minerals; Ollachea (164,7 millones), de Minera IRL, e Invicta, de Lupaka Gold.

Para 2016, los nombres que se destacan son los de las minas Las Bambas y Cerro Verde, con una inversión de 10.000 y 4.600 millones de dólares, respectivamente.
