Momentan postet ich diese Großteils im TTT und da ich nicht eine Sperre vom HE wegen "Zumüllens des TTT" riskieren will(Ist ein Scherz HE, ok, nicht dass Du mir jetzt eine Sperre wegen übler Nachrede auferlegst!! *lol*), mach ich es jetzt so!!
Nun im Ernst: Da der Umfang der US Quartalsberichte doch einigermassen groß ist und man, wem man alles in den TTT reinstellt, dort den Diskussionsfluß unterbricht, denke ich dass es so besser ist!!

Digi Interntional Inc., a maker of networking products, said Thursday its first-quarter profit increased 74 percent from last year, but earnings missed analysts' expectations.
Net income for the quarter was $3.8 million, or 15 cents per share, up from $2.2 million, or 9 cents per share, last year.
Revenue for the quarter was $41.8 million, up 25 percent from $33.4 million in the prior-year period.
Shares of Digi International (nasdaq: DGII - news - people ) fell 36 cents, or 2.7 percent, to end at $12.84 on the Nasdaq, before losing another 64 cents, or 5 percent, to $12.20 in aftermarket activity. Shares have ranged between $10.11 and $14.50 over the past year.

General Electric Co. said Friday its fourth-quarter profit more than doubled as the diversified industrial products and media conglomerate saw strong revenue growth in its infrastructure, healthcare and financial services businesses.
GE also said it is restating financial results for the years 2001 through 2005 and the first three quarters of 2006 to adjust accounting for interest rate swaps in part of its financial services commercial paper program. The restatement is based on a decision by the Securities and Exchange Commission that GE's commercial paper hedging program didn't meet certain technical requirements.
Net income for the three months ended Dec. 30 totaled $6.58 billion, or 64 cents per share, up from $3.16 billion, or or 30 cents per share, a year ago. Earnings from continuing operations totaled 64 cents per share - in line with analysts' consensus estimates - up from 56 cents per share a year ago.
Revenue climbed 11 percent to $44.62 billion, topping Wall Street's $44.18 billion forecast, according to a Thomson Financial poll. Organic revenue grew 8 percent during the quarter.
GE said Thursday it will acquire part of Abbott Laboratories (nyse: ABT - news - people )' diagnostics business for $8.13 billion in cash, in a move to expand its $16 billion health care business.
GE in recent weeks has been on a shopping spree, and announced plans to buy the aerospace business of Smiths Group PLC for $4.8 billion, along with a Honduran bank through a joint venture as well as wireless technology provider Microwave Data Systems.

Oilfield services provider Schlumberger Ltd. said Friday its fourth-quarter profit soared thanks to a double-digit surge in revenue.
Net income rose 71 percent to $1.13 billion, or 92 cents per share, from $660.6 million, or 54 cents per share, last year.
Revenue climbed 33 percent to $5.35 billion from $4.02 billion, with oilfield services revenue up 30 percent year-over-year to $4.63 billion.
Analysts surveyed by Thomson Financial forecast, on average, a quarterly profit of 85 cents per share on revenue of $5.14 billion.

Fastenal Co., which operates stores that sell industrial and construction supplies, grew 16 percent in the fourth quarter, as revenue increased.
Quarterly net income totaled $45.6 million, or 30 cents per share, from $39.2 million, or 26 cents during the same period last year. Analysts polled by Thomson Financial expected earnings of 31 cents per share.
Revenue gained 17 percent to $448.7 million, from $384 million last year, compared with analysts' predictions for sales of $452.1 million.
For the year, earnings grew 19 percent to $199 million, or $1.32 per share, from $166.8 million, or $1.10 per share, last year. Revenue climbed 19 percent to $1.81 billion, from $1.52 billion last year.
Fastenal (nasdaq: FAST - news - people ) said efforts to haul more of its products via its own trucking network and to charge freight more consistently in its various operating units helped earnings, despite higher fuel costs. The company noted fuel costs eased up during the last four months of the year.

Amcol International Corp., which makes and distributes specialty mineral products, on Friday said its fourth-quarter earnings rose 43 percent, due mostly to gains by the company's oilfield services segment.
Quarterly earnings increased to $12 million, or 39 cents per share, from $8.4 million, or 27 cents per share during the same period last year.
Analysts polled by Thomson Financial forecast a profit of 34 cents per share.
Revenue grew 16 percent to $155.9 million from $134.6 million during the same period a year ago. Analysts expected revenue of $155.1 million.
The company said a pair of acquisitions helped drive sales from its oilfield services up by nearly 70 percent to $18.7 million. Sales from its minerals segment gained 9 percent to $79.3 million, while sales at the company's environmental segment rose 20 percent to $51.1 million. Sales at its transportation segment fell 10 percent to $11.6 million.
For the year, Amcol earnings rose 22 percent to $50.2 million, or $1.62 per share, from $41 million, or $1.33 per share in 2005. Revenue grew 14 percent to $611.6 million from $535.9 million.
Analysts forecast a profit of $1.48 per share on revenue of $610.7 million.

CVB Financial Corp. said Friday its fourth-quarter profit fell 5 percent on a hefty increase in interest expenses.
Net income slipped to $16.3 million, or 19 cents per share, from $17.2 million, or 20 cents per share, last year.
Analysts polled by Thomson Financial expected higher profit of 21 cents per share.
Net interest income, or income earned on loans minus that paid out on deposits, fell 10.8 percent after credit loss provisions to $39.6 million. These decreases resulted from a $16.2 million increase in interest income, offset by a $20.3 million rise in interest expense and $600,000 increase in provision for credit losses.
For the full year, the company earned $71.9 million, or 85 cents per share, up slightly from profit of $70.6 million, or 83 cents per share, in 2005.
Shares of CVB fell 20 cents to $12.24 on the Nasdaq in afternoon trading.

Compass Bancshares Inc., which operates banks from Arizona to Florida, said Monday its fourth-quarter profit rose 16 percent, driven by an increase in net interest income.
Quarterly earnings climbed to $118.3 million, or 90 cents per share, from $102.1 million, or 81 cents per share during the same period last year.
Analysts polled by Thomson Financial forecast a profit of 95 cents per share.
Net interest income, or income from interest accounts such as loans and deposits, rose 11 percent to $280.6 million, from $253.8 million a year ago.
Noninterest income, or what banks make from mortgage loan service fees and other fees and charges, improved 6 percent to $179.5 million, from $169.1 million last year.
For the full year, net income rose 15 percent to 460.4 million from $401.8 million a year ago. Net interest income climbed 15 percent to $1.12 billion, while noninterest income rose 8 percent to $705.1 million.

Drug maker Pfizer Inc. reported on Monday a sharply higher fourth-quarter profit as results included a hefty gain from the sale of its consumer health care unit.
Net income soared to $9.4 billion, or $1.32 per share, from $2.7 billion, or 37 cents per share, a year ago.
Results include a gain from the $16.6 billion sale of the company's consumer health care business to health care products maker Johnson & Johnson. Excluding the gain, earnings totaled 43 cents per share.
Revenue edged up to $12.6 billion from $12.5 billion a year ago.
Analysts polled by Thomson Financial expected earnings of 42 cents per share on sales of $12.62 billion

Die Erlöse stiegen um 10% auf 3,1 Milliarden Dollar.
Auf Gesamtjahressicht wuchs der Gewinn um 18% auf 950 Millionen Dollar bzw 6,22 Dollar je Aktie. Die Erlöse zogen von 11,12 auf 12,37 Milliarden Dollar an.

Aladdin Knowledge Systems Ltd., a computer network security provider, said Monday that its fiscal fourth-quarter profit slipped 8 percent on higher operating costs.
Earnings fell to $3.6 million, or 24 cents per share, from $3.9 million, or 26 cents per share, in the year-ago period.
Adjusted earnings for the quarter were $4.2 million, or 28 cents per share, excluding a $500,000 stock-based compensation charge.
The company's total operating expenses increased 16 percent to $15.2 million from $13.1 million on higher research and development, selling and marketing and general and administrative costs.
Analysts surveyed by Thomson Financial are looking for earnings of 27 cents per share.
Quarterly revenue rose 12 percent to $24.3 million versus $21.8 million last year, topping Wall Street's estimate of $23.2 million.
Full-year net income grew 13 percent to $14 million, or 93 cents per share, from $12.4 million, or 85 cents per share.
Adjusted earnings for 2006 were $16.3 million, or $1.08 per share, excluding a $2.3 million stock based compensation charge.
Full-year sales climbed to $89 million, up 9 percent from $81.8 million.
